A great opportunity exists for the right applicant to commence their career as an apprentice motor mechanic working with late model passenger cars, light commercials, four wheel drive and recreational & hybrid vehicles.

 

This position will expose the successful candidate to a wide variety of interesting service & repairs types including working on diesel, petrol and petrol / electric hybrid powered vehicles. You will also have exposure to service and repair of transmissions, electrical, hydraulics, brakes & suspension.

 

Work wear is provided upon commencement and tools for your trade funding and other incentives will be provided to eligible apprentices after successful completion of the 3 month probation period

 

You will have completed minimum year 10, perhaps completed an automotive pre-apprenticeship course and preferably have your own transport & current driver’s licence. We are seeking people with enthusiasm, a passion to learn and have a genuine interest in an automotive career.

 

 

This is an entry level position and school leavers are encouraged to apply

LINK Employment & Training are offering a great opportunity for a Trainee to enter into the world of Telecommunications and complete the Nationally Recognised Qualification - Certificate lII in Telecommunications.

Duties will include and not be limited to:

.Installing network cabling systems
.Building racks
.Identifying faults
.Cabling
.General maintenance
.Working with optical fibre
.Wireless internet
.Mobile phone networks

Applicants must have a year 12 pass in Maths and English, be well presented and willing to undertake the Traineeship and complete the TAFE component. A manual drivers licence is essential.


National Training Wage applies.

Previous experience is not essential but a basic level of computer and technical literacy is an advantage.
